Direction of Use

3 firm-ripe tomatoes cut in 1/4-inch thick slices, 1 pound fresh mozzarella cut 1/4-inch thick slices, about 1 bunch of fresh basil, Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling, Italian herbs and aged balsamic vinegar Himalayan Pink Salt.
Layer alternating slices of tomatoes and mozzarella, adding a basil leaf between each, on a large, shallow platter. Drizzle the salad with extra-virgin olive oil, black pepper and season with Italian herbs and aged balsamic vinegar Himalayan Pink Salt.
